BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES Monday, April 25, 2005 CANTON HIGH SCHOOL Present: John Connolly, Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman; Robert E. Burr, Jr., Clerk; Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member; William T. Friel, Town Administrator; and Judy Nelson, Administrative Secretary Location: Canton High School Teacher's Meeting Room. Action Items/New Business: Request for Approval of BOS Meeting Dates: 06-07-2005 through 12-27-2005: Motion was made to approve the Board of Selectmen Meeting Dates for June 7, 2005 through December 27, 2005. Motion: Bob Burr Second: Avril Elkort VOTE: 5-0 Mr. Connolly noted that if there were any problems with any of the above-referenced dates to please contact Mr. Friel and this would be discussed. Debt Authorization for DPW/Sander Truck (Article 13, Motion 6 of the 2004 Annual Town Meeting): Motion was made to authorize execution of Town of Canton, Massachusetts Term for Equipment Bonds: Motion: Bob Burr Second: Avril Elkort VOTE: 5-0 Signature Request Authorizing Chapter 90 Administration - Reimbursement Request: Motion was made to execute the Mass Highway Chapter 90 Reimbursement Request and the Mass Highway Chapter 90 Final Report. Motion: Bob Burr Second: Avril Elkort VOTE: 5-0 For the Chairman: Signature Request for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Standard Contract Form and Instructions: Motion was made to authorize execution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Standard Contract Form and Instructions and the Contractor Authorized Signature Verification Form.
