Minutes of the Meeting of March 27, 2003. PRESENT: James F. Fitzgerald, Jr., Acting Chairman Gregory L. Pando Charles J. Armando, Alternate Member ALSO PRESENT: Sue Franco, Recording Secretary Mr. Fitzgerald opened the Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room, Memorial Hall. Greenlodge Realty Trust Attorney Paul Schneiders requested to speak on the above-captioned petition. He stated there is an article to go before Town Meeting which, if approved, would re-zone the Washington Street area this petition is located in from Single Residence B to Single Residence C. Grover Estates - Mal~le & Washinzton Sts. Attorney Paul Schneiders and Mr. John Marini, Jr., and Mr. Bob Kelleher, project engineer, came before the Board representing petitioner. Mr. Dean Miller, Ms. Kathy Keith and Mr. Jeremy Comeau were present representing the Design Review Board. Attorney Suzanne Matthews was present as an abutter to the petition. Mr. Fitzgerald stated the Board has received complaints from Attorney Matthews regarding the removal of trees that were not slated for removal on the site plan. He stated he is looking for an assurance from petitioner that no further trees will be removed until a meeting is held between the abutters, Mr. Marini and the Design Review Board. Attorney Matthews stated the issue was trees located behind the Capen Building and up to the railroad tracks. She stated the trees have been taken down quickly and she wants to make sure the proper process is being followed for their removal. Attorney Schneiders stated there have been trees removed where the road is slated to be built and there is no avoiding that. Mr. Marini has agreed to replace the trees with
