Anthony Lacorazza - 29 Wardwell Rd.

Mr. Lacorazza came before the Board represeming himself. He stated he would
like to place a 12' by 24' shed on his property which would be approximately 93' from
the front setback. The shed would be 10' in height. He stated he is unable to locate the
shed any further back because there are eight mature trees located to the rear that would
have to be cut down. Mr. Lacorazza stated he does not have a garage and the proposed
shed would be used to house the lawnmower, snow blower and other tools that are
currently kept in the cellar. He submitted a letter from his closest abutter, Mr. and Mrs.
Shea at 27 Wardwell Road, stating they are in favor of the petition.

Mr. Pando stated the impacted abutter is in favor of the petition and to locate the

Mr. Fitzgerald moved the petition of Anthony Lacorazza for a Variance to allow a
12' by 24' shed to be located less than 100' from the from setback be grained subject to
the petitioner placing the shed as indicated on the submitted plot plan dated May 28,
