Mr. Pando moved the petition of John Marini and Forge Pond for a Special Permit (Sign)
to allow a sign to be erected on the existing light pole, sign labeled Exhibit A, be approved,
subject to the Board reserving the right to amend if necessary. The move was seconded and the

Equiserve - 250 Rovall St.

Mr. Carroll stated the matter came before the Board informally on June 10, 2004 as to
whether the petitioner should add sidewalks per their site plan approval if mature trees would
have to be removed. He stated the Board has since sent letters to the Planning Board and Board
of Selectmen requesting their advice on the matter.

Mr. Pando stated he walked the site with a representative from Equiserve and stated there
is no question the sidewalk issue poses difficulty. There are substantially sized trees and a hill
near the corner that comes straight down to the road. He stated it's possible the other side of the
street may be better for a sidewalk.

Mr. Carroll stated he would like to save as many trees as possible. He asked Mr. Pando
to let the petitioner know he would like to see some kind of plan. He continued the matter to
August 12, 2004.

Paul Casev - 40 Industrial Drive

Attorney Paul Schneiders requested a withdrawal of the matter of parking spaces located
in a residential district because the petitioner is going to resolve the issue another way.

Mr. Carroll moved to accept the withdrawal. The move was seconded and the Board
voted unanimously to accept.
