Canton Pot} Warner - 100 Dedham St.

Mr. Timothy Brooks, president, Canton Pop Warner, came before the Board
informally representing petitioner. He stated the petitioner would like to erect
approximately twenty banner signs on the back inside fence at the Salah Field behind the
Kennedy School. The banners would be vinyl and would advertise the Pop Warner
corporate sponsors for the 2004 season. The banners would be hung in August and taken
down in October. The banners would use approximately 100' of area.

After a brief discussion, Mr. Fitzgerald moved the petition of Canton Pop Warner

OHC Indian Woods LLC - Indian Woods Way

Mr. Carroll reported that Mr. Mark Richardson of OHC came before the Board at
the prior hearing to seek approval for the appointment of CHAPA as the agency to handle
the affordable units at the Indian Woods development. At that time, the Board asked that
the Canton Housing Authority be given the opportunity to become involved with the
affordable units, if they so desired. Since that hearing, the housing authority has
responded back to the Board stating they are not interested in becoming involved in the
managing of the affordable units. Therefore, Mr. Carroll asked that the Board re-affirm
their vote of March 11, 2004, to appoint CHAPA as the agency to handle the affordable
units for Indian Woods. The move was seconded and the Board voted two yeas (Mr.
Carroll and Mr. Panda), 0 nays, 1 abstention (Mr. Fitzgerald) to approve.
