Minutes of the Meeting of April 8, 2004. PRESENT: Paul B. Carroll, Chairman Gregory L. Pando Robert J. Quigley, Alternate Member Charles J. Armando, Alternate Member ALSO PRESENT: Sue Franco, Recording Secretary Mr. Carroll opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Salah Hearing Room, Memorial Hall. Anthony & Aldo Ruscito - 1032 Turnl~ike St. Attorney Paul Schneiders stated they do not have the Planning Board report yet and will not be ready for April 15, 2004. He requested a further continuance. Mr. Carroll stated they will leave the matter on the agenda for April 15th and the petitioner could request a further continuance at that time. Donald McNeice, Jr. - 141-143 Bolivar St. Attorney Matthews requested in writing a continuance to April 15, 2004. Marilvn Abramowitz - 884 Washington St. Ms. Abramowitz came before the Board on the continued hearing. She requested a withdrawal without prejudice of the petition. Mr. Quigley moved to allow the withdrawal of the petition without prejudice. The move was seconded and the Board voted unanimously to allow. HT Berry- 50 North Street Attorney Paul Schneiders came before the Board representing petitioner. Mr. Henry Berry, Mr. Christopher Nolan and Mr. Jim Berry were also present representing the petitioner.
