INFORMAL DISCUSSION

Before the Board tonight were John Ferreiri, Bill Hurt, Jim White, John McLean, Mill Morse. Atty. Schneiders
feels that this represents a minor modification of the former Equiserve building. What is being added is a
guard house, two signs, additional parking spaces, mitigating runoff, since it will be increased from the
additional parking spaces. The current system is a system of drainage swails and catch basins. A cafeteria
will be there. Signs on the building and street were recommended. 844 spaces - required. 1159 is being
looked for in parking. Equiserve at 1600 employees. They are building it out for 1200 in parking spaces, so
that parking does not spill out into the street. Mr. Jenkins feels that the dynamics has changed. A shuttle to

Foxboro and other areas, so that transportation is important to them.
Mr. Pineo spoke about the series of sidewalks that run down to your area and end at your property. He spoke
about the scenic area and how his employees would want to walk around this nice area. He asked if they
would consider sidewalks there. They said they would consider this.

A slide show was shown on this four road subdivision by Mr. Houston who was on the site last Saturday with
