According to our records, you have never applied for a Certificate of Compliance on the Order of
Condifions issued on your property.
We need a letter from you certifying that your project is complete in accordance with the Notice
of Intent and plans submitted. If there were any deviations from the plan submitted they should
be noted and in some cases a new "As-Built" or "Amended" plan may be necessary.
Once the Certificate has been issued you must record the "original" at the Registry of Deeds
(located in Dedham Square) in order to remove the encumbrance from your deed.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Flease be ad~7ised that Canton Commons Trust has filed a
Modified Notice of Intent under Massachusetts General Laws,
Chapter 131, Section 40 and the local Wetlands By-Law Article XV
with the Canton Conservation Commission for the relocation of
existing retaining walls from within the 30' Town of Canton
buffer zone to outside this buffer zone along with regrading a
portion of the detention basin to provide additional storage
volume within the 100' buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated
Wetland.
This notification is being sent to you and other project
abutters by certified mail as required by the Canton Wetlands
By-law.
Enclosed please find a copy of Form 3 - Notice of Intent
Application, page one. A complete Notice of Intent application
and plan may be examined and/or obtained free of charge at the
office of Norwood Engineering Co., Inc., Monday through Friday
from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. A public hearing on this application
will be duly advertised in the Canton Citizen and held by the
Canton Conservation Commission in the near future.
