Minutes: Minutes of April 7, 2010, and May 6, wasn't available to vote. voted at June 2, ;2010 meeting. Quorum 7:10 p.m. Jeff Ciffilo ; 140 Westchester Drive 124 -1063 Presented by Jude Gauvin of Site Solutions, Inc. plans; submitted to ConCom. Plans presented show: • Existing dwelling with gatage on left side of swelling. • Existing pooh and patio (pjah,of 1994 from building department). • Water Quality swale. • Proposing smaller driveway to Yie installed on right side of dwelling. • Proposing addition with two car garage underneath. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy requesting following information: • Wetland delineation when was it done, who did wetland delineation. • Wetland flags''with bearing and distance to be shown on revised plan. • Storm Water calculations including additional runoff and infiltration. • Benchmark for assumed'datum.
