John Hession 17 Hemlock Drive 12 Presented by owner John Hession, plans submitted to ConCom. • Demolition of existing three- season porch, garage and deck, construct 100' buffer zone. New consists of the following • Two story addition with master bedroom • Two car garage, mudroom, a/c pad, and new deck. • Existing driveway to be widened, small portion will be in buffer zone. • Hay bales and silt fence to be installed. • Existing shed to be rotated out of the 30'foot no build zone. 066 of new addition with in the • Existing sonar tubes from shed are to be saved and two more maybe required after rotating. • Existing driveway to be widened and paved with "Open Face" pavement. • Raised patio with retaining wall to be installed, retaining wall prevent pooling into abutting property. • Impervious surface will be increased after installation of patio, roof liters' to be installed under new patio. 11ormpfful
