Schneider – On December 8 we asked the Zoning Board if they would consider a matter to be a minor modification to a plan they had granted site plan approval for following this Boards unanimous decision the site plan be granted. Following that my client went out and tried to get bids for the job and found it way to costly. So they had to cut it back substantially, so this is a cut back in a job. What you originally approved was 3600 sq. feet on the first floor (Canton Sports Flex) by the Mass. Hockey Group an you approved 3200sq. feet of additional space on the mezzanine level subsequent to that 436 st feet of additional space, for minor modifications, they are cutting back the 1. floor from 3600 to 1454 sq. feet a decrease of 2146 2/3 of a decrease and they are cutting back the mezzanine from 3200 to 2800 a decrease of 400 sq. feet. Mr. Broadmerkle – He points to the facility on his site plan. He outlines the addition he explains the configuration and says the building is not wide enough to put in 2 rinks, and the expense is to great. He explains the new configuration the footprint is diminished from 3600 sq. feet down to 1450 sq. feet parking spaces remain the same. Attorney Schneider – The Zoning Board did grant the minor modification subsequent to the condition we appear before your Board, and if you had serious concerns about, it than they are not going to sign the decision Mr. Houston – asks Mr. Broadmerkle where were the doors and where are the doors

Mr. Broadmerkle – We were before the Board not long ago with the gas station improvements which were recommended to the Board of Appeals who in turn approved the project, but in doing so we took one of our requests off the table and that was for the storage facility on the side that did not have adequate sideline setback he points out the current sideline he says its not enough you need 25 feet.
