TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Chris Connolly, Chairman; Kristin Mirliani, Clerk; Jeremy Comeau Tori McClain Also present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Connolly introduced and welcomed our newest member of the Planning Board, Tori McClain. 1 St Item on the Agenda — REORGANIZATION (Appointment of Interim Vice Chairman). Mr. Jenkins was not in attendance at the meeting. Reorganization of an Interim Vice Chairman will take place when all five (5) members are present. Next item on the Agenda - 955 TURNPIKE STREET (Greg Driscoll, Holgren Engineering). Mr. Connolly explained that Mr. Driscoll is before the Conservation Commission and will be coming directly to this meeting when he is done. We will hear this matter when he arrives. Next item on the Agenda — ANR, 46 OAK ROAD (Rosemarie Camiolio) (Attorney Richard Staiti) Attorney Staiti introduced himself and explained that he had the Engineer make the changes to the plans that the Planning Board had requested.
