TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 6:30 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Acting Chairman George Jenkins Tori McClain Also present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to appoint Mr. Comeau Acting Chairman for this meeting. Motion passes 3 -0. Acting Chairman Jeremy Comeau, called to order the Planning Board meeting of June 5, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to open up Executive Session per M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation: Charles Cox, Jr. and Arthur and Carol Richmond v. Considine Development Co., LLC, Village Gate Realty Trust, the Town of Canton Planning Board and the Town of Canton, Land Court 2012 MISC. 458355. Members were polled: Mr. Jenkins was in favor, Ms. McClain was in favor, Mr. Comeau was in favor. Motion passes three (3) in favor. EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED 1 St Item on the Agenda — ANR, 88 GREEN STREET (Beverly & Peter Vanorman). Attorney Richard Staiti introduced himself and Mr. and Mrs. Vanorman and explained that they are presenting an ANR on their property 88 Green Street. Mr. Vanorman explained that he purchased his home in 1982 which consisted of 1.7 acres. Horseback riding became a hobby for him and he purchased another acre of land. He is getting older and he is retiring from riding and they would like to sell lot 1 and it has the required frontage
