TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 6:30 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman, Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Tori McClain, Clerk George Jenkins Also present: Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau, called to order the Planning Board meeting of June 26, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to open up Executive Session per M.G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation: Charles Cox, Jr. and Arthur and Carol Richmond v. Considine Development Co., LLC, Village Gate Realty Trust, the Town of Canton Planning Board and the Town of Canton, Land Court 2012 MISC. 458355. Members were polled: Ms. Mirliani was in favor, Mr. Jenkins was in favor, Ms. McClain was in favor, Mr. Comeau was in favor. Motion passes four (4) in favor. EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED 1 St Item on the Agenda — Charles Cox, Jr. and Arthur and Carol Richmond v. Considine Development Co., LLC, Village Gate Realty Trust, the Town of Canton Planning Board and the Town of Canton, Land Court 2012 MISC. 458355. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to open the public hearing. All in favor,4 -0. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to dispense with the full reading of the public notice. All in favor 4 -0.
