TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Tori McClain, Clerk Chris Connolly George Jenkins Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of September 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to open up Executive Session per M.G.L. c. 301A, Section 1 (a)(3) to discuss potential litigation with respect to the Knob Hill subdivision. Motion passes 5 -0. Members were polled: Mr. Jenkins was in favor; Ms. McClain was in favor; Mr. Connolly was in favor; Ms. Mirliani was in favor; and Mr. Comeau was in favor. EXECUTIVE SESSION EXEXCUTIVE SESSION CLOSED lst Item on the Agenda — 469 -479 Sherman Street, Titanium Group, LLC, (Site Plan Review Proposed Residential Units) (Halim a. Choubah, P.E. /Suzanne Matthews, Atty.) Attorney Matthews introduced herself and explained she is going before the Zoning Board and is there any further actions the Planning Board would like from her client. Mr. Jenkins stated that he has fire suppression issues. There is not a problem with the delivery of water but it is not a good idea that a building does not have access to fight a fire from two (2) sides but if the Fire Chief has signed off he doesn't have a problem just a concern.
