TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1% 2013 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Christopher Connolly, Chairman, Kristin Mirliani, Clerk Jeremy Comeau George Jenkins Tori McClain Also present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Mr. Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of June 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda — REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD A motion was made by Ms. Mirliani and seconded by Mr. Comeau to open the nominations for Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to nominate Mr. Comeau as Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to close the nominations for Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Ms. Mirliani and seconded by Mr. Comeau to open the nominations for Vice Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to nominate Ms. Mirliani as Vice Chairman. All in favor 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to close the nominations for Vice Chairman. All in favor 5 -0
