Scott Lenhart and Kevin Fee ney. YD Auto Body – 158-160 Turnpike St 30-09-Mod SPA-ENCB-SP-V ) (PC,GP,SL Atty. Suzanne Matthews represented petitioner Robert Forcucci, who was also present. There are a number of issues on this project such as doors, lighting. A color coded th drawing will be ready for the August 27 meeting. Tonight we are discussing the 960s.f addition. We spoke to Tom Houston, and Chris Connolly, Planning Board Chairman said th it is a minor modification. They are meeting with the Planning Board on August 12. They are seeking a Special Permit for an ENCB tonight. Chairman Carroll said that this was to square off the corner of the building. It is a logical addition. He mentioned that Chris Connolly, Chairman of the Planning Board called and spoke to him, and this requires nothing further, and his Board will approve. Mr. Pando stated this was an interesting issue. His concern is, is it a minor modification? The Planning Board’s engineer confirmed it was minor modification and that cements my thoughts. Not a Site Plan Approval, or input for drainage, impervious surface, etc., appro priate to vote on this, contingent on PB advisory, not necessary. I vote to approve. Mr. Lenhart agreed. Mr. Arthur Hutchinson, 182 Turnpike St, what is going there? Lighting? Customer activity? Chairman Carroll said this is an existing car dealer taking over the space. There will be no further expansion of cars outside (which would require a variance from this Board). Mr. Lenhart said he would like it to be limited to 2 tenants in the decision, and not for multi-tenant use. Chairman Carroll stated we would limit it to car dealer and the owner, and so specified in the decision. Atty. Matthews said hypothetically if he sold in 3 yrs, it must remain same use/tenants. Motion to consider YD Auto Body a minor modification. Voted 3-0 to approve. Motion of YD Auto Body be granted a Special Permit for an ENCU at 158-160 Turnpike street, to add an additional 960 s.f. to the northwest side,
