TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM 7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Christopher J. Connolly Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of March 5, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Ms. Mirliani and seconded by Mr. Connolly to go into an Executive Session for the reason deemed being potential litigation in the future. Motion approved 3 -0. All members polled, Ms. Mirliani in favor, Mr. Connolly in favor, Mr. Comeau in favor. EXECUTIVE SESSION A motion was made by Ms. Mirliani and seconded by Mr. Connolly to go out of Executive Session. Motion approved 3 -0. All members polled, Ms. Mirliani in favor, Mr. Connolly in favor, Mr. Comeau in favor. Mr. Comeau stated that he would like a moment of silence for Tori McClain who is not here tonight due to a death in her family. Mr. Comeau changed the order of the Agenda to hear this Scenic Way Tree Removal request first.
