TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 169 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM X7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Christopher J. Connolly Tori McClain, Clerk George Jenkins Michael Mitcheroney Also present: John Rhoads, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 16, 2oig at 7: 00 p.m. Mr. Comeau stated that he would like to welcome our new Planning Board Member, Michael Mitcheroney. He further explained that he is taking the Agenda out of order, to get the quick issues out of the way before we open the advertised hearing. First Item on the Agenda - 8 MAPLECROFT ROAD (ANR) (Steve & Cheryl Morin). Mr. Morin explained they would like to create four (4) buildable lots out of this one large lot. Mr. Rhoads explained that this is an existing single family lot and the applicant would like to create four (4) lots. All services are on the street and the existing lot will support four (4) buildable lots as shown on the Plan. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Connolly to approve the Plan of Land in Canton, Massachusetts, Owner: Anna Decembrele, dated April g, 2014 and prepared by New England Land Survey Inc., 25 Sutton Ave., Oxford, MA 01540. Motion Approved 4 -0.
