TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM X7:00 P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Christopher Connolly George Jenkins Michael Mitcheroney Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of June 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA - STONEWOOD REALTY TRUST (17 Stonewood Drive) Seeking approval of a Proposed 17-Lot Definitive Subdivision Plan located at the dead ends of Albert Street and Stonewood Drive) (Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, LLC) A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to open the public hearing. Motion Approved 4 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to dispense with the reading of the published newspaper advertisement. Motion Approved 4 -0. Mr. Comeau stated that since Ms. McClain is absent from this meeting she will sign an affidavit stating that she watched this meeting so we don't have to play catch -up later. Attorney Schneiders introduced himself and explained they are coming before the Board with a Conventional Subdivision. The Flexible Subdivision Plan on this property is still in litigation. This is a Conventional Plan and what we are trying to do is just a basic layout with a different configuration.
