TOWN OF CANTON PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2014 SALAH MEETING ROOM 1,/Q MINUTES Present: Jeremy Comeau, Chairman Kristin Mirliani, Vice Chairman Christopher J. Connolly Also present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Hamilton Rodriques, Planning Board Intern Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 2, 2oig at '7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda — ANR PLANS — Plan of Land on Pecunit Street and Plan of Land on Dedham Street — (Owner: Blue Hill Associates, Inc., 23 Pecunit Street, Canton, MA 02021 , Deed Book 4404, Page 313, Assessors Map 48, Lot 1). Chuck Giacchetto, Vice President of Blue Hill Country Club, and a citizen of Canton introduced himself and explained that the Country Club wants to sell these two (2) lots and invest the money into improving the club house. Mr. Houston stated that there is no zoning breakdown on the Plan but there is sufficient frontage and area. A motion was made by Mr. Connolly and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to approve the ANR Plan entitled Plan of Land on Pecunit Street in Canton Massachusetts dated January 27, 2014 and signed on February 24, 2014 signed by Paul J. Babineau, PLS, and prepared by Outback Engineering Incorporated, 165 East Grove Street, Middleborough, MA 02346. Motion Approved 3 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Connolly and seconded by Ms. Mirliani to approve the ANR Plan entitled Plan of Land on Dedham Street Street in Canton Massachusetts dated January 27, 2014 and signed on February 24, 2014 signed by Paul J. Babinea, PLS, and prepared by Outback Engineering Incorporated, 165 East Grove Street, Middleborough, MA 02346. Motion Approved 3 -0
