Mr. Jenkins wanted to know if the drainage is complete.
Pat Considine of 43 Oak Road explained that the streets are in but the drainage is not
complete. The swales are in; there is no granite curbing; and there are no detention
ponds. Wayside Lane is complete with a few minor exceptions and Roads D & B are
fully paved. He further explained that he has no issue with the Cost to Complete and
wanted the Board to accept a home on Lynn Street as surety which has no direct
frontage in the subdivision but directly abuts it. The home is appraised for
approximately $479,00o and Mr. Houston's Cost to Complete is at $520,000. Further,
Mr. Considine explained there was a minor survey error and he feels this is a minor
