Minutes Board of Selectmen November 5, 2014 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Victor D. Del Vecchio, Chairman, Avril Elkort, Vice-Chairman, John J. Connolly, Clerk, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Member, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Bright, Administrative Secretary. Meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m. Discussion regarding holding a Special Town Meeting: Mr. Friel noted that there had been a request to the Board of Selectmen to call a Special Town Meeting by the developer of the proposed project at Plymouth Rubber site. The Board had been provided with a tentative time line for the Special Town Meeting. The dates were reviewed on the time line. A brief discussion was held concerning the Special Town Meeting and time line. Motion was made to hold Special Town Meeting on January 26, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Canton High School Auditorium, 900 Washington Street and to proceed with the proper notification.
