ARTHUR BORDEN of Arthur F.Borden Associates
Drawings Presented outlining trouble area that will be worked on. Site being worked on in 5 areas. Notices of intent, 5 notices.
1st Notice of Intent will consist of
Map color coded, for identification purposes, 4 areas - Installation Well, Irrigation Pipe, Chemical Storage, and Wood Pile.
2nd Notice of Intent areas include: areas 5-8 along maintenance building, includes wetland
3rd Notice of Intent: areas 9 & 10 behind 6th and 7th green includes stream channel.
4th Notice of Intent: areas enforcement order issued upon which is the pond.
5th Notice of Intent: exits of stream channel and sedimentation problems
WOOD PILE
Impact area is a large pile of logs, stumps and branches. Access of machinery impacts 100ft in Buffer zone —
Tub grinder will chip logs, Hydraulic arm which will take the logs to adjacent tractor trailer which will exit
Dedham St. area. Area to be brought back to restoration to original with grade all, and greenery will be replaced
during planting season/Spring time. Added 3 species ink berries raspberry and blueberry to add diversity and rood and shelter for wildlife.
John Friel questions (Wood Pile) how long will chipping take?
Answer hard to say, depends on weather, frozen wood doesn't chip well
Ed lynch asks do these logs belong to the town? Kathryn Nadeau answer to both questions unsure, Mr. Borden will check into and let Canton Conservation Commission know.
Jan Hagan asked Bob Doe Jr. — question about elevations are they listed ?
Bob Murphy asked — How much river front on property? How much river front is currently is developed? how
much river front is being restored?, how much river front in new development? Numbers are needed or they
can be run out of percentage for the right to use, needs to pay attention.
Excavation will be taken away — Bob Murphy request that this be in the plans and needs to be in writing or it doesn't get done. One plan in the end for everything to be done by.
IRRIGATION PIPE
Maintenance area. Irrigation pipe crosses Pecunit Brook area placed along shoulder of existing roadway. Continues thru
PVC irrigation pipe lies across and with in Pecunit Brook. Ripraf was placed in the bed which dissipates the 'vet-
and probably supports the pipe. Rifraf need to be removed. Two things for culvert are mitigation and
restoration. First thing is to take the pipe out of the and above the culvert and restore area.
