Minutes of December 19, 2007: Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to accept minutes of December 19, 2007. Seconded by Kate Merrigan Vote: Yes —6 No — 0 Abstention — James Fitzpatrick Milton Hoosic Club 70 Greenlodge Street DEP# 124-1012 For relocation of 7th tee and associated grading work within 100' buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. Represented by Jennifer Turcotte, Green Environmental. Plans submitted to ConCom. Plans show: • Tee box adjusted • Minor grading adjustment • Relocation of retaining wall • No proposal of drainage adjustment at this time Conservation Agent Robert Murphy recommends: • Surveyor stamp on plans • Bearings and distance of lot line corners • Hay bales/Silt fence staked out and installed before construction Motion Made by Ed Lynch to close hearing for DEP# 124-1012.
