Minutes: January 7, 2009 - to be vote at February 4, 2009 meeting. Present quorum couldn't vote. Mass. Highway 195/193 Interchange AMOOC 124-1032 Represented by Sue McArthur of Mass. Highway. Plans reflect two (2) borings that weren't shown on plans at October 2008 meeting. Motion Made by James Fitzpatrick to issue Amended Order of Conditions for DEP# 124-1032. Seconded by Kate Merrigan Vote: Yes — 5, No-0 CONTINUATIONS Emelio & Celeste Ruggerio 140 Thoreau Road 124- Motion Made by Kate Merrigan to continue until February 4, 2009.
