Present: Vice-Chairman Deb Sundin, Clerk- James Fitzpatrick, Robert MacDonald, Kate Merrigan, Dave McLelland Absent: Chairman- Robert Doe, Tom Liddy Approval of Minutes for May 6, & May 20, 2009 to be approved at June 3, 09 meeting did not have quorum. NO PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUATIONS Timothy Bobola Tracywood Road Lot 1 124-1040C Represented by Karen Beck, Commonwealth Engineers, Kathryn Nadeau of Wetland Works, plans and report have been submitted to ConCom Karen Beck presented to ConCom plans for Tracywood Road lot 1, work to be performed will not be in the 100' foot buffer. Plans and changes requested by ConCom have satisfied Conservation Agent Robert Murphy. Kathryn Nadeau submitted a report regarding her findings drainage is connected, wetland line is in agreement with Conservation Agent Robert Murphy .Kathryn Nadeau and Conservation Agent Robert Murphy flagged the proposed Tracywood Road property, visited the adjacent Brooks and Danahy Family Trust properties. Submitted report explains wetland resources and wetland resources that connect or extend to wetlands were identified. Motion Made by Kate Merrigan to close hearing for DEP # 124 — 1040C.
