Meeting minutes of April 6, 2011 and April 20, 2011: Motion Made by Tom Liddy accept meeting minutes of April 6, 2011 as amended. Seconded by Bruce Rohr Vote: 4-0-1 (R. Spectra Energy Algonquin Gas Transmission 124-1080 Presented by Kelly Kippenberger, TRC Solutions. Notice of intent submitted including plans to ConCom members, Notice of Intent on file at the Conservation office. Ms. Kippenberger identified existing pipeline located off Flintlocke Lane, Canton, Ma. 02021 (plans submitted with NOI) Existing I2L valve is fenced in and proposed will be fenced in. Proposed upgrade will include the following: • Access road will be of gravel and swing gates to be installed. • 22,651 square feet of area for construction equipment, area to be cleaned and removed when project is completed.
