Minutes of May 18, 2011: Motion Made by Deb Sundin to accept minutes of June 1, 2011 as written. Seconded by James Fitzpatrick Vote: 4-0-1 (R. Doe absent) PUBLIC HEARING 7:10 P.M. Luciano & Heather Berardi 5 East Road 124 – 1080C Presented by homeowner Luciano Berardi, Notice of Intent with copy of stamped plot plan showing location of proposed in-ground pool. Plot Plan: Stamped by Robert J. Pelaggi Plot Plan By: Mortgage Loan Inspection, Land Surveys Incorporated. Scale: 1” = 30 ‘ Homeowner Mr. Berardi proposing installation of 20’ x 18’ in-ground pool with decking. Owner will install hay bales and silt fencing to protect wetlands at the side and rear of property. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy has reviewed project with no objections.
