Minutes of May 22, 2013: Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to review/approve minutes of May 22, 2013 to June 19, 2013. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 5 - 0 PUBLIC HEARINGS Thomas A. Mullen Esq./Cedarcrest Builders Village at Cedarcrest 124 — 1099 Arthur Borden/Borden Associates, LLC submitted a letter of request for continuance to July 10, 2013, Notice of Intent submitted and plans were missing necessary information. Agent sent Arthur Borden/Borden Associates, LLC. a letter identifying missing information. Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to continue hearing to July 10, 2013. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 5 -0 Stephen David/Cedar Development 10 Beatrice Way 124 — 1100 Petition for Notice of Intent from Stephen David, Cedar Development, Inc. 30 Eastbrook Rd., Dedham Ma.02026, for project located at 10 Beatrice Way, Canton, Ma.02021 to construct single family home including grading and utilities within 100' Buffer Zone of a Vegetated Wetland.
