MINUTES 1 Mins 8/14/13/hc \Attendance: Deb Sundin Chairman, Tom Liddy – Vice Chairman, James Fitzpatrick – Clerk Steve Landry – Treasurer, Robert MacDonald, Ed Jastrem, Jerald Carmichael Conservation Agent: Cynthia O’Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Hearing called to order at 7:03 P.M. by Chairman Deb Sundin Minutes – May 22, 2013, June 5, 2013, July 10, 2013 Motion Made Robert MacDonald to vote on minutes of May 22, 2013 and June 5, 2013 at the September 11, 2013 meeting. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 7 – 0 Motion Made by Steve Landry to accept the minutes of July 10, 2013 as written. Seconded by James Fitzpatrick Vote: 5-0-2 (Robert MacDonald & Tom Liddy abstain) DISCUSSION Jeremy Comeau CCPC Survey Discussion Mr. Comeau did not attend hearing Carl Ingeborg Bolivar Street Driveways Discussion Dimitriy Soklovskiy of 425 Bolivar Street on behalf of Carl Ingeborg, explained that the pavement is crumbling. First driveway was crumbling, breaking apart and getting on shoes, in homes, and ruining floors/carpet. Driveway was removed and re-installed, driveway is the same. Mr. Soklovskiy is requesting permission from Conservation Commission to remove existing driveway and install an asphalt driveway. Chairman Deb Sundin explained to Mr. Soklovskiy permit issued Certificate of Compliance requiring porous pavement be installed and project has been completed. Chairman Sundin recommends contacting the engineer to submit a Stormwater Notice of Intent with the plan using impervious pavement for drainage. Stormwater treated runoff must not be more than construction. Mr. Soklovskiy will contact the office to have Stormwater Article 21 emailed to him. PUBLIC HEARINGS Mahnaz Mahidashi/Reza Alemi 105 Pleasant Cir. SW- 073/ LDP – 0134 Petition for Storm Water Notice of Intent from Mahnaz Mahidashti/Reza Alemi 12 First Parish Rd., Canton, Ma. 02021 for property located at 105 Pleasant Circle Map 61 Lot 84, Canton, Ma. 02021 for proposed construction of single family home including grading and utilities. (Legal ad read into record). Applicant did not attend hearing and did not submit a letter for continuance.
