Attendance: Deb Sundin – Chairman, Tom Liddy – Vice Chairman, James Fitzpatrick – Clerk 
 Steve Landry – Treasurer, Ed Jastrem, Jerald Carmichael. 
Absent: Robert MacDonald 
Conservation Agent: Cynthia O’Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill 
 
Hearing called to order at 6:35 P.M. by Chairman Deb Sundin. 
 
Neal & Christine O’Hurley 22 Pheasant Ridge Road 124 – 169 
 Applicant has an open Order of Conditions for Lot 5, 124-169, “Pheasant Ridge 
Subdivision”. Order of Conditions for Lot 5, 22 Pheasant Ridge Rd., was issued on September 6, 
1985, Mr. & Mrs. O’Hurley are the third owner of 22 Pheasant ridge Road, need a certificate of 
Compliance to sell and close on home. 
 Motion Made by Tom Liddy to issue Certificate of Compliance for 
DEP # 124-16922 Pheasant Ridge Road, Canton, Ma. 02021. 
 Seconded by Steve Landry Vote: 6 – 0 
 
 
Chairman Sundin and ConCom proceeded with DEP Basics training session regarding Wetland 
regulations. 
 
Next Conservation Commission Meeting is Wednesday September 11, 2013 @ 7:00 P.M.
