Presented by applicant Thomas MacDonald, proposing to construct 16' x 21' 
addition at the rear of the existing dwelling. Proposed addition is within the 100' 
buffer Zone of Vegetated Wetland of Reservoir Pond. 
ConCom Agent visited site has recommended installation of hay-bales and silt fence, 
recommends approval of RDA with negative (3) three.

with negative (3) three for construction of 16' x 21' addition.
