Minutes: January 22, 2014 – Motion Made by Tom Liddy voting to approve minutes as amended. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6 - 0 February 12, 2014 – Motion Made by Tom Liddy voting to approve minutes as written. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6 – 0 NO PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUATIONS Beaver Meadows 1177 Pleasant Street 124-1107/LDP-0147-14 (James Fitzpatrick recused) Presented by Kristine Meaney, Site Design Professionals, Inc.- proposed (9) nine lot sub- division was approved by Planning Board 2012. Applicant filed with ConCom in October 2013 and continued to February 26, 2014 after ConCom recommended Lisa Eggelston, Eggelston Environmental, complete a low impact study. Proposing construction of roadway and drainage only, property lots are to be filed separately with Conservation Commission. Kristine submitted revised plans, requesting (7) seven day waiver. Motion Made by Tom Liddy vote to waive (7) seven day waiver for proposed plans of Beaver Meadows Sub-Division. Seconded by Steve Landry Vote: 5-0-1
