Hearing called to order by Chairman Sundin at 7:00 P.M. 
PUBLIC HEARINGS 
Toll Ma. Land Limited Partnership 45 Balancing Rock Rd. 124-1135 
Petition for Notice of Intent and Storm Water Notice of Intent, for construction of 
single family dwelling, installation of storm water management system, utilities, 
and grading within 100' foot Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. 
Presented by Steve Caravalho, Thompson Farland Inc., and Shawn Nuckles of 
Toll Ma, Land Limited Partnership. Notice of Intent and plans on file with the 
Conservation Department. Revised plans dated March 11, 2015 submitted to 
ConCom. 
Motion Made by James Fitzpatrick vote to waive 
seven day submittal of revised plans for 45 Balancing Rock Road, 124- 
1135. 
Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6 — 0 
Steve Carvalho presented the following: 
• Construction of single family home, outside the 100' foot Buffer Zone. 
• Installation of Cultec Stormwater management system. 
• Contour lines match the site wide land disturbance plan. 
• Straw Wattles to be installed, inspected and approved by Conservation Agent 
prior to the start of construction. 
• ConCom requested "As Built" foundation plan be submitted to the Conservation 
Agent confirming the location of the dwelling is in accordance to the approved 
plan.
