Attendance: Debra Sundin- Chairman, Robert MacDonald-Interim Vice Chairman James Fitzpatrick—Clerk, Steve Landry — Treasurer, Donald MacAdam Gerald Carmichael Absent: Conservation Agent Cynthia O'Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Hearing called to order by Chairman Sundin at 7:00 CCPC Plymouth Rubber Discussion/Update Jeremy Comeau Chairman of Planning Board , Victor Delvecchio Chairman of BOS and Debra Sundin Chairman of Conservation Commission and ConCom representative for Canton Community Preservation Committee updated ConCom of the revised development agreement with Canton holdings, LLC. Victor Delvecchio, Chairman Board of Selectman — Distributed a letter of memorandum with an overview of the Plymouth Rubber project and the process for a Special Town meeting within the Annual Town Meeting. Debra Sundin Chairman of Conservation Commission — Requesting ConCom to formally vote on the updated proposal of Plymouth Rubber/Paul Revere Heritage. Motion Made by James Fitzpatrick vote to approve Paul Revere Heritage) Seconded by James Fitzpatrick Vote: 6-0
