PUBLIC HEARINGS Springdale Gardens LLC. 5 Grand St. SW-115-15 /LDP-0192-15 Construction of Single Family Dwelling, grading, utilites, installation of storm water management system. Motion Made by Steve Landry vote to waive seven day submittal and accept plans with the revision date of May 7, 2015. Presented by Arthur Borden & Associates Inc. • Planning Board issued an ANR, formerly 156 Walpole St. • Address Mr. Geftas issues regarding stormwater • Submitted a site specific 0 & M • Added construction entrance. • Razing existing garage, driveway, shed and walkway. • Installation of straw wattles, to be inspected and approved by ConCom agent prior to start of construction. Abutter: Steve Gefteas, 158 Walpole Street. Mr. Gefteas had requested for an earth berm and re-location of storm water management system. Mr. Gefteas will follow-up with Agent O'Connell regarding revised plans. Motion Made by Gerald Carmichael vote to continue hearing for 5 Grand Street to May 27, 2015.
