Planner Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Jeremy Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of August 19, 2015at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda - (1) Reorganization of the Board A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to open nominations for the Reorganization of the Planning Board. Motion Approved 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to appoint Chris Connolly as Chairman of the Planning Board. A motion was made by Mr. Connolly and seconded by Mr. Comeau to appoint Tori McClain as Vice Chairman of the Planning Board. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to appoint Michael Mitcheroney as Clerk of the Planning Board. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Comeau to cast one ballot for all nominations. All motions Approved 5 -0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Ms. McClain to close nominations for the Reorganization of the Planning Board. Motion Approved 5 -0 Next Item on the Agenda - Cedarcrest Road Extension (Continued) — Request to pay Town $25,000 to be used for open space creation in lieu of requiring the originally approved open space as a part of the proposal.
