Comeau Also present- Tom Houston, Professional Services Corporation Karen t.ardor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of October 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda - GREEN STREET — Discussion of Minor Modification (Eli Florence) Mr. Florence explained that this subdivision was approved in August of 2005 and the original owner is no longer part of this project. Mr. Florence is a resident and wants to get this project completed; has put up his own money; and the Engineer of record is no longer in business. Some of the stonewall has been built and he feels a change in the wall would be a minor modification of the approved Plan. Mr. Houston explained that there is an issue with changing any plan when there is a stamp and seal, even though the engineer of record is no longer in business. Changes can almost never be authorized unless under certain circumstances. Mr. Connolly stated that he will think about this and speak to Town Counsel about what should be done. Next Item on the Agenda - 338 WASHINGTON STREET (ANR) — Edward and Patricia A. Callery. Mr. Callery explained that he would like to move the rear lot line of his property and sell some of his land in the rear to his Neighbor to enlarge her property.
