Minutes Board of Selectmen July 14, 2015 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Present: John J. Connolly, Chairman, Robert E. Burr Jr., Vice-Chairman, Kevin T. Feeney, Clerk Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, Mark J. Porter, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Bright, Administrative Secretary. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Motion was made to open the hearing for the transfer of a Class II License from Auto Expressway LLC, 1095 Turnpike Street, to WeCar Auto Group, Inc., 1095 Turnpike Street for Hua Meng, President. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 5-0 M r. Friel noted that all the paperwork was in order and approval is being favorably recommended. Motion was made to close the hearing. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve the transfer of the Class II license as described. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to open the hearing for the Second Hand Jewelry and Electronics Permit for Kramer & Company, Inc., at 785 Washington St. —Leslie Kramer, Owner. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 5-0 Mr. Friel noted that all the paperwork was in order and approval is being favorably recommended. Motion was made to close the hearing.
