TOWN OF (CANTON SALAH MEETING DOOM V. -OO P.M. TOWN HALL MINUTES Present: Jeremy J. Comeau, Chairman Thomas C. Scully Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk George Jenkins Also Present. Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Timothy Richard, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk of the Planning Board, called to order the Planning Board meeting of April 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda — REORGANIZATION. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to open nominations for the Reorganization of the Planning Board. Motion Approved 4-0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Scully to appoint Michael Mitcheroney as Clerk of the Planning Board. All in favor 4-0. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to appoint Thomas Scully as Vice Chairman of the Planning Board. All in favor 4-0. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins an d seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to appoint Jeremy Comeau as Chairman of the Planning Board. All in favor 3-1 (abstention Mr. Comeau). A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins an d seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to cast one ballot for all nominations. All Motion Approved 4-0 A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins an d seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to close nominations for the Reorganization of the Planning Board. Next Item on the Agenda Chairman Comeau explained to the audience that they will have to leave the room since the Board was entering into an Executive Session.
