Hearing called to order by Chairman Landry at 7:05 P.M. 
Chairman Landry explained agenda will start with continuations then move to Public 
Hearings.

Stormwater Notice of Intent and Land Disturbance Permit application. 
(Map 15, Lot 47) 
Presented by Arthur Borden, Arthur Borden & Associates, LLC. — Revised plans 
submitted and James Donovan Engineer for Town of Canton submitted stormwater peer 
review as requested by ConCom at the September 9, 2015 hearing. 
Mr. Donovan, reviewed stormwater management system, submitted his recommendations 
to ConCom and Mr. Borden. Revised plans were submitted and reviewed Mr. Donovan 
and ConCom, Mr. Donovan is satisfied with the revised plans 
Agent O'Connell — 
Prepared special conditions with an Appendix for the Operation and Maintenance 
plan, applicant has reviewed and approved. 
Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to close hearing for SW-110-15 
and LDP-186-15, 612-614 Chapman St. 
Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6-0
