Joshua Cohen Absent: Debra Sundin - Chairman, Janna Shub — Treasurer Conservation Agent: Cynthia O'Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Vice-Chairman MacAdam called hearing to order at 7:05 P.M. PUBLIC HEARINGS Joel Pratt 94-96 Bolivar Street RDA-28-16 Removal of three trees within the 100' Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetland and 100' of the Bank of Forge Pond. (Map25, Lot 125) Joel Pratt, Applicant and homeowner presented the following: • Application, pictures of trees and report from McHugo Tree Company were submitted and distributed to the Commissioners. • Applicant requesting the removal of three pines approximately 22' from the Bank of Forge Pond. • Proposed trees to be removed by hand, no excavating or machinery and trees stumps will be ground down and will not be removed. Agent O'Connell — Recommended to Conservation issuing Negative Determination of Applicability with Special Conditions. Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to close hearing for 94-96 Bolivar Street.
