Scully, Vice Chairman Michael Mitcheroney, Clerk George Jenkins Robert E. Panico Also Present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Laura Smead, Town Planner Chairman Jeremy J. Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of July 20, 2o16, 2016 at '7:00 p.m. Chairman Comeau introduced our new Town Planner, Laura Smead, who has been working for the Town for a few weeks now and doing a great job. First Item on the Agenda — WASHINGTON COMMONS (Request for Bond Reduction/Tot Lot) (Stephen David) Mr. Comeau requested to hear this item later on in the evening. Mr. David will not be attending, but some of the neighbors had informed him that they will be here to discuss their issues. Next Item on the Agenda — 21 ELM STREET (Scenic Way By -Law Request/ Determination) (Removal & rebuilding of a portion of a Stone Wall)(David Sullivan). A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Mr. Jenkins to open the public hearing on the Application of 21 Elm Street. Motion Approve 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Jenkins and seconded by Mr. Panico to waive the reading of the public hearing. Motion Approved 5-0. Mr. Sullivan explained that he is before the Board tonight for the removal of a portion of the existing stone wall in order to put in a driveway. He will rebuild the wall with the existing stones and extend the wall to come up on both sides of the driveway approximately 6 to 8 feet long. He will purchase additional stone to complete the project.
