Burr, Jr. ~ Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney Victor D. Del Vecchio Town Administrator Charles Aspinwall, Administrative Secretary, Jennifer Kemalian The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. It was noted that John Connolly would not be in attendance at the meeting due to personal matters. Mr. Feeney noted that the first matter on the agenda was a request for a change of manager for Halfway Cafe, Inc., 95 Washington Street . Jose Pena, the general manager, was representing Halfway Cafe. Mr. Aspinwall noted that the paperwork was in order and favorable action was recommended. Motion was made to approve the application for Change of Manager for the Halfway Cafe Inc., 95 Washington Street, Jose Pena, Manager. M otion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Del Vecchio Vote: 4-0 James MacDonald of Oskar Blues Presents was before the Board to apply for special licenses for an event he was having at Prowse Farm. He explained it as a family oriented music festival. Motion was made to approve the application from James MacDonald/Oskar Blues Presents for special licenses to serve alcoholic beverages and entertainment permits at two one day events for to be held at 5 Blue Hill River Road on September 17th and September 18th from 12:00 noon to 10:30 p.m. contingent upon Building Commissioner and Fire Chief approval.
