Del Vecchio Town Administrator Charles Aspinwall, Administrative Secretary, Jennifer Kemalian Motion was made to open the meeting at 7:05 p.m. Motion was made to open the hearing for the transfer of a Class II License from Leland and Visnick Auto Sales 1024Turnpike Street to MAR Rentals Inc., d/b/a L & V Auto Sales 1047 Turnpike Street. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Del Vecchio Vote: 5-0 It was noted that the application was in order and favorable action was being recommended. Motion was made to close the hearing. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Del Vecchio Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to approve the transfer of a Class II License from Leland and Visnick Auto Sales 1024Turnpike Street to MAR Rentals Inc., d/b/a L & V Auto Sales 1047 Turnpike Street. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Del Vecchio Vote: 5-0 The Board noted that it was continuing the public hearings for the application for a new all alcohol package store license for Prestige Car Wash of Canton, 925 Turnpike Street, an application for a new all alcohol package store license for Cobbs Corner Kosher Foods, Inc. d/b/a Zayde's Family Market, 15 Washington Street, and an application for a new all alcohol package store license for Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Sunoco A Plus Canton at 702 Neponset Street.
