Present: Present: John J. Connolly, Chairman, Robert E. Burr Jr., Vice-Chairman, Kevin T. Feeney, Clerk
Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Bright, Administrative
Secretary.
Also present was Jody Middleton, Human Resources Director, Jim Hargrove, Town Counsel, and
Representative Bill Galvin.
Executive session was called to order at 8:31 p.m.
 
 
 
 
Motion was made to approve and execute the FY16-18 memorandum of agreement between IAFF Local
1580 and the Town of Canton.
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 4-0
