Executive Session 
September 4, 2012 
Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room 
Present: Robert E. Burr Jr. Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., 
Clerk, John J. Connolly, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Andrews, 
Administrative Secretary. 
Meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m. 
Motion was made to approve and execute the FY13-FY15 Personal Contracts for Town 
Accountant, Kathy Butters, Library Director, Mark Lague, and Police Chief, Ken Berkowitz. 
Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 4-0 
There was a discussion regarding the Personal Contract for the Operations Manager, Dan 
Teague. It was noted that language had been added to the contract concerning certification 
and licensing as Tree Warden and for travel expenses. There was a discussion concerning 
personal use of the Town vehicle. It was recommended that vehicle use should be limited to 
the confines of Norfolk County unless otherwise authorized by the Superintendent of Public 
Works and approved in writing. 
Motion was made to approve the FY13-FY15 Personal Contract for Operations Manager, Dan 
Teague subject to language amendments as discussed and limited personal use of the Town 
vehicle within Norfolk County. 
Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 4-0 
AEA Contract FY12-FY15

There was a discussion concerning the Fire Chief's contract change requests for his personal 
contract for FY13- FY15. The Board took the matter under consideration. 
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
