Minutes Board of Selectmen Executive Session March 8, 2011 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Victor Del Vecchio, Chairman, Avril Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Clerk, John J. Connolly, Member, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Andrews, Administrative Secretary. Meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Collective Bargaining Contract Negotiations Strategy. Mr. Friel presented the Superior Officers Contract of June 30, 2008 through July 1, 2011 that had been recently re-codified to include all memorandums of agreement that had been agreed to over time. Mr. Friel noted that the Human Resource Administrator had been going through the process of incorporating all union memorandums of agreement into the collective bargaining contracts and this was the latest. No language changes had been made to the contract itself. Motion was made to execute the re-codified Superior Officers Contract for the time period June 30, 2008 through July 1,2011.
