Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room 
Present: Avril Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Clerk, John J. Connolly, 
Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Andrews, Administrative 
Secretary. 
Meeting was called to order at 7:50 p.m. 
There was a brief discussion concerning the Individual Employees' Contract proposals 
that had been presented to the Board over the past few weeks. The BOS determined to 
hold off action until full BOS could convene. 
The Town Administrator was directed to arrange executive session for November 16, 
2010 for the purpose of continuing discussions regarding the Individual Employee's 
Contracts. 
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
